Hey there all..........I'm planning a trip to Margarita shortly to look around and see how easy/difficult it will be in adjusting to a new lifestyle. Is it possible to rent an apartment for a reasonable rate on a decent part of the island? If so, what kind of pricing shopuld I expect? Michael |

Hi Michael. You should be looking in the Costa Azul area. The rents monthly will run you between $1,000 - $1500 for a nice place in a great area. A lot is within walking distance and taxi's are everywhere there. Enjoy your stay.

|  Apartment for Rent
I have a 2Br 2Bth condo on the beach by the Hilton in the building called Esparta Suites. Faces the pool and the ocean. I rent it by the week for $400 US or for $1000 US per month, or less for longer stays. Everything is included, towels, pots, pans, dishes, etc. and it has a dishwasher. I am using it now until Nov. 19, but contact me for availability. J.D. |
