i plan to move to Uruguay to study tourism i'm mexican what do i need to go ???

soo i just gratuated from high school go me...and my boyfriend is from uruguay i hear their colleges are very affordable and i have always wanted to study tourism so i need to know if i need a special visa or just my passport to go... right now i live in the us so what to do and were to go???
