...from London need to move to the US? I clueless about the immigration process... just need to know basics of what i need to get him into this country and to keep him here.
This individual and I are dating. We will probably be married within the next year. However, we wish to have him over here prior to that. Basically we want to get married WHEN we WANT to not because we HAVE to in order to keep him here.

Really depends on what his nationality is. If not British, and what kind of visa does he possess in the UK.
