| Friend is moving to the US from the UK and needs Visa advice.?
My friend applied for a visa to attend school in the US from the UK. He inadvertenty told the interviewer he intended on staying once he finished school and consequently was denied the visa. He has requested a new interview and time is of the essense as he is to start school in January. Anyone have any advice on handling the interview since most likely, they will ask about his intentions due to the prior interview?
