Where are you moving from? I lived in the north of Sweden for 18 months so cant help you much but just to say that English is widely spoken there so you don't need to worry about communication. The currency is the Krona (crown in English) when I was there it was about six Krona to a US dollar.Cost of living is high as is taxation.I had a job to go to so didn't have to worry about that.I suggest that you contact the nearest Swedish Consulate by e mail and they should be able to help .

Could you please make the question a lot less vague? Do you need help getting a residence permit or what? Are you working, studying, have a spouse there? Telling you generally how to move to Sweden is something that would take up a whole book.

The currency is kronor, and there's about seven kronor to a dollar. Living costs are significantly lower than in the US. Rent should be about $300-500 a month, groceries are slightly cheaper and many expenses such as health care and education are extremely low. Clothes and entertainment are significantly more expensive, however. A car is unecessary in most parts because public transportation is excellent and most towns are well-organized so you can get to most places you need by walking. Getting a job will be extremely difficult without speaking Swedish unless you have some very special and in-demand skill. It should take about a year of full time study to learn Swedish.
