What are the nicest Cebu subdivisions in your opinion?

Cebu Subdivisions and Real Estates have been gaining much popularity lately. Not only for one's personal property but an investment too. Developing a stale land to a residencial area is a challenge. And here are some of the subs that I like...
ALTA VISTA
VISTA GRANDE
MARIA LUISA
STO. NINO VILLAGE

Vista Grande (like Alta Vista) is developed by Sta. Lucia Realty. They have just started developing Phase 3 from a start up cost of Php4,800/sq. meter. And the good thing is, land cuts are reasonable with the smallest cut of 150sq.m.
