around those problems? IF I MARRY A FILIPINA GIRL THERE, WILL THAT SOLVE ALL MY PROBLEMS WITH THIS ISSUE?AND CAN I HAVE DUAL CITIZENSHIP THAN? ANY HELP WILL HELP THNX

When you arrive you get a 21 day stamp, then you can renew it for 38 days, then every 59 days up to 16 months. If you get married you can apply for a 13a Visa which allows you to stay as long as you like. I've lived here in Cebu for 2 1/2 years and love it.

It sounds like you haven't really thought this through yet. You don't have to marry a Filipina girl to move to the Philippines, it merely means you will have to rent or find other accommodations because non-Filipinos cannot own property there. Moving somewhere and getting dual citizenship are two different things. It is very hard in most countries to obtain citizenship and sometimes impossible to hold citizenship in more than one country. I'm not familiar with the citizenship requirements of the Philippines but I suggest doing a little more research and you should find the answers to these questions on your own.
