I want to call international to the Philippines for free?

Im here in germany (Europe) and I wanted to ask if anyone can help me. I wanted to call with the use of computer to the philippines fow FREE. Does anyone knows how and which website I go?I saw a lot of free international call but calling to the philippines for free is not listed. Does anyone knows? Thx.

it has to be voip(voice over internet protocol). use yahoo messenger with voice chat. we do that a lot but only with computer to computer.

If you can, better to use internet both...computer to computer. The good ones are skype, yahoo messenger and google talk. Just download any of these three or all these three and you will be happy with the results. It was really useful to me before i came here in europe (it).
