What is the cheapest air fare from LA to Manila/Clark Air Base?

i don't think that scheduled regular flights flies to clark. so it has to be manila. check the website of korean air, asiana, eva air and china airlines for promos. round trip tickets could go as low as 600 dollars off peak.
