Hi, i'm sorry I can't really answer your questions but you are a very lucky person to be considering this move. I absoleutly love Malta and would quite happily move there myself. Where abouts are you going? I have stayed in Qawra on my visits but I love Mdina and Sliema too. Good luck and hope you get a better answer than mine with some info in it!
