Gibraltar is a territory of the UK, although technically on Iberian peninsula. I have never heard of a doggy passport either. This is all EU and the countries you might be traveling through all show as clear of rabies and other major zoonotic diseases. So you're fine..

If you are driving down, the dog should not be an issue at all. No one is going to stop a German car traveling through France and into Spain.

If you are traveling by plane, you will need to contact the carrier before hand. I do not think you will have to show your pet's vaccination records, but be prepared to, in case it is required. You do not mention the breed or how big the animal is. If it can fit into a crate small enough to fit in front of your seat, they will let you take it with you into the cabin. If not, it will have to travel cargo.

Why not drive? I am sure you have household goods to transport or maybe take the car down..It is soooo much easier.

gonna need to call the consulate in Gilbraltar I think its under Spain right? I mean I know its the tip of spain but I dont know if its under Moroccan rule or Spanish. When I was staying in Morocco for some time, we went to Gilbraltar alot and our friend had a Lab he brought with him everywhere. He HAD HAD HAD to have the doggie papers to get off the ferry. Thats the most I can tell ya.

ADDITION:
he had the papers in triplicate, Arabic, Spanish and English they were mostly vet papers and shot records. Also he had his paper of ownership and something else but I dont know what it was.

OHH COOL I didnt know it was UK I always thought it was Spain. You learn something new everyday, I guess thats why he had it in english too. DUH hahah I am dumb
