How can I find a job in Germany?

I īlived in germany for 1 year, and just got done with German class about a month ago. I can't find a job here i was a air conditioning technican,although for the most part here you need some paperwork form school.I just learned from experience,nobody will give me a chance.Where can I go to get a DECENT JOB! I have been reading some questions here and everybody has been saying to become a English Trainer for a major company. Do I need a certificate of some sort for that,and how do I get it, and where can I go to get hired I live in Nuremberg. Thanks for the help!
