Where can I obtain my birth records for Baddenyhausen Germany?

I am a citizen of Turkey, but born in Germany. I need to get a copy of my German birth certificate ASAP and I don't know who to contact.

This is sad but in the US the only way to get birthrecords is to go to where ever you were born to the same city and go to the register of deeds. An old friend lives in NC and she needed her Birth Cirtificate and had to fly to Alaska to get a copy! All the way on the other side of the country but that is just here it may be different there!
