i was born in france and moved to canada, how woud i obtain my european citizenship?

i was born in paris, france while my parents were still refuges there. however they soon immigrated to canada. i am now 21 and would like to know if i am eligible for a european citizenship since i was born there...

I would speak to the French Embassy in Ottawa. They should be able to help you out.
