If your laptop's power requirement says 100-240V, it means that you can use your laptop anywhere in the world that supplies voltages within that range. One caveat . . . does your laptop have an auto-volt circuit or a dial type switch which sets the correct line voltage? CHECK YOUR MANUAL AND BE ABSOLUTELY SURE ABOUT THIS! If your laptop has an auto-volt circuit, this wll instantaneously sense the line voltage and automatically supply the correct voltage to your laptop. If your laptop has a dial type switch for setting the correct line voltage, then you will have to do this manually by setting the switch to the corresponding line voltage available. By the way, your manual may not specifically state that your laptop incorporates an auto-volt circuit. If your manual does not say anything about setting the correct line voltage manually, then your laptop uses an auto-volt circuit.
