Bolivia.Unfound Diamon?

For most people outthere u mite not kno how 2 answer this question.So this is for the more educated soccerheads and to all my southamerican footballers.But does any1 think Bolivia could be an unpolished diamond?Do remember that the country is hit with constant revolutions leaving little time for improvment amongst the team.

If bolivia is an Unpolished Diamond......It will need LOTS OF WORK AND TIME to leave it shinny!!!! I'll be dead before that.
