| I'm moving to Buenos Aires for 7 months and would like to get a cell
phone while I'm there. Suggestions? I'd like to do a contract-free type deal, but I'm unfamiliar with major carriers as well as the usual policies for international calls or texts. If anyone has lived in BA and knows about this stuff, your help would be greatly appreciated!! |
