Wow this place sounds amazing. Too good to be true actually. I spent some time in Mexico, Aruba and Costa Rica and enjoyed the vibe and generally insanely cheap prices of everything. I Hope some day to retire to place like this. I will have to check out Margarita Island sometime. It sounds like a paradise even living on SS.

Hi there Karl. please, please email me anything that can give me some idea of health care, dental care, housing and what is needed to move there, I would be very very appreciative for any information you can help me with, I live in Canada and would give my eye tooth to be able to get away from the cold and cost of living here.
